Pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer. A confirmation email with your order number arrives right away.
Dispatch
Orders placed before the daily cutoff ship the same business day, packed and handed to an insured courier with a tracking number.
Use and return
Follow the routine printed on the label. If it's not right for you, return it within 30 days under the terms on the Returns page.

How do I take the tablet each day?
One tablet with breakfast is the standard routine most customers settle into. There's no need to split doses through the day.
When does my order go out and how is it packed?
Orders placed before 12:30 on a business day go out the same day from our Newcastle warehouse. Everything is packed in plain, protective packaging with a tracking number sent to you.
What if I want to send it back?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused tablets in their original packaging. Get in touch and we'll talk you through the process.
