3. What we collect
When you place an order, we collect what delivery requires: name, address, email, phone, and the contents of the order. Card data is never collected or stored on this site. When you browse, the site logs technical details, IP address, browser, pages viewed, through the cookies described below.

4. Why we use it

6. Who sees this data
Couriers get the delivery details. The payment provider gets what it needs to take payment. Hosting and analytics providers process data for us, under contract. Personal data is never sold.
As Soltice operates under United Kingdom data-protection law rather than United States law, the CCPA/CPRA does not apply; nonetheless, Soltice affirms that it never sells customer personal data to third parties under any circumstance.
7. How long we hold it
Order data stays on file for as long as accounting law demands, then it's deleted. Account data stays until you close the account. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
8. Your rights
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing activities; requests can be submitted to [email protected] and will be handled within the statutory timeframe.
9. Security
Soltice does not collect, store or process any bank card data, as all orders are settled either by Cash on Delivery paid directly to the courier or by Direct Bank Transfer using details provided in the order confirmation; no card-payment infrastructure exists on our checkout.
