Terms & Conditions
These terms cover every order placed on soltice.shop, run by Soltice Wellness Ltd.. Placing an order means you accept them. Read them alongside the Delivery, Returns and Privacy pages.
1. The seller

2. The goods
Soltice sells oral nutritional tablets formulated as food supplements intended to support general daily wellbeing in adult men, manufactured under quality-controlled production standards and sold for personal, non-medicinal use. Each product page states what's included, the quantity, and the form. Photos are for illustration; packaging may look slightly different.
3. Ordering and contract
An order is placed once checkout is complete. We confirm it by email, and the contract forms when the goods ship. We may decline an order if stock runs out or details can't be verified, and in that case any payment is refunded.
4. Prices and payment
Prices appear in GBP and include VAT where it applies. Delivery cost shows at checkout, before you pay. Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If a pricing error is obvious, we may fix it before dispatch and ask you to confirm or cancel.
5. Delivery
Delivery options, timeframes and costs sit on the Delivery & Payment page. Once the goods are handed over, the risk becomes yours.
6. Product images and colours
Product photos show the goods we actually ship. Screen colour depends on calibration, browser, and room light, so a small shade difference isn't a defect and isn't grounds for a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials and contents are listed on each product page.
7. Transfer of risk
The goods stay our responsibility until the courier delivers them to you, or to the person you named at your given address. From that point, the risk of loss or damage is yours. Note any visible transport damage with the courier, and tell us within 48 hours.
8. Returns and warranty
Goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as set out on the Returns page. Soltice warrants that each batch of tablets is quality-controlled during production and independently screened for purity prior to packaging. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and packaging integrity at the point of dispatch; it does not extend to misuse, incorrect storage, or consumption beyond the printed best-before date.
- Customised or personalised supplement bundles prepared to a customer's specific request
- Products with a short remaining shelf-life at the time of dispatch, including items nearing their best-before date
- Unsealed or opened tablet bottles and blister strips, excluded for biosafety and hygiene reasons once the tamper-evident seal has been broken
- Goods that have become inseparably mixed with other household items after delivery
- Digital wellbeing guides or informational media once the digital seal or access code has been unlocked by the consumer
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the law of England and Wales, Soltice Wellness Ltd.'s total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the total value of the order placed, and Soltice shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Age and use
Placing an order requires being at least 18. Use the product as the label describes; it doesn't replace medical advice.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If a disagreement cannot be resolved by talking to us, it is settled by the competent court at our registered address, without affecting the consumer rights you hold in your own country.
